About blog.KaramCX
The KaramCX Blog was created by Ogi Karam, a communicator, mediator, and CX innovator with more than 25 years of experience in IT and over a decade in Customer Experience. Having worked with global leaders such as Amazon, Lufthansa, Microsoft, and Airbnb, Ogi Karam brings not only technical expertise but also a human-centered philosophy rooted in flow, harmony, and connection.
Ogi Karam path into CX was not a straight line—it was shaped by a lifelong passion for communication and multimedia, as well as growing up in a family of engineers and thinkers. As a child, during a sea voyage in 1992, he received the symbolic name “Dolphin” in a maritime ceremony crossing into the Atlantic—an experience that became a personal metaphor for connection, play, and communication across worlds.
In 2011, Ogi Karam gave a lecture on “Generative Art – The Art in the Process,” years before generative AI became a global reality. This future-oriented vision has always guided his work: to see patterns before they emerge, and create bridges between people, technology, and culture.
Here, you’ll find not just professional strategies but also reflections that blend art, technology, and human connection. The goal is simple yet powerful: to turn every interaction into meaningful growth.
The blog was born as an extension of this vision—a place to share insights, trends, case studies, and perspectives on how businesses and individuals can transform their customer experience. From training and onboarding, to AI-driven automation, to mediation and conflict resolution, KaramCX is about solutions that flow—flexible, individually tailored, and designed to fit every business, from solopreneurs to global enterprises.
